RULES OF USE

The purpose of this regulation is to establish rules for coexistence and civility so that all individuals staying in this area feel safe and enjoy tranquility.

Access Control

Hours of Silence

Access is limited solely to individuals who are registered and staying, therefore, no visitors are allowed.

The rest and quiet period is established from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During the day, the noise level should be kept moderate for everyone’s comfort.

Speed Control and Schedules

Fire Prevention and Barbecues

Within the area, the maximum authorized speed for vehicles is 10 km/h. The circulation, entry, and exit of vehicles are prohibited from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

The use of fire outdoors is not allowed; only portable barbecues are permitted, provided they do not cause inconvenience to neighbors and that the Administration does not prohibit them.

Care of the Plot

It is imperative that pets remain properly restrained and under the control of their owners at all times, in addition to avoiding inconveniences to others and ensuring the collection of all their waste.

The plot must be maintained in optimal conditions; it is necessary to collect the trash and deposit it in the selective collection containers. Respect for the flora and fauna of the area will be ensured, and the placement of hammocks in smaller trees will not be allowed.

When staying at the Camper Area Ponoig, the customer accepts the regulations regarding video surveillance and cookies, terms and conditions, and Wi-Fi usage conditions.

The client must identify themselves if any parking attendant requests it and must provide their identification to comply with the regulations regarding the accommodation of individuals according to the Royal Decree 933/2021, dated October 26.

The company reserves the RIGHT OF ADMISSION AND STAY in the establishment.
